Loads for Solo 1000 Zero 185 lswchp

With the powder shortage I need to use what I have on hand and that is Solo 1000.
I know there may be better powders, but it is what it is.
I got a computer virus and had to have the hard drive wiped and reinstalled to get rid of it last year, so I lost lots of reloading data since I stored it on the hard drive.
So now I need to find a starting load for Solo 1000 which I have 8lbs of on hand, why I changed up I can't remember off hand but want to use it till I can resupply my inventory.
Does anyone have any load information I can use? Hodgdon only has jacketed info, and I don't want to load that heavy in my wad gun.

The Hornady 11th edition loading manual has Solo 1000 listed for their 200-grain lead SWC for 45 ACP
Case - Hornady 
Primer Winchester WLP 
COL 1.200
solo 1000 
4.9 grains 800 fps
5.4 grains 850 fps
MAX load 5.9 grains 900 fps

I used to shoot it for a couple years but went back to Bullseye.  If my memory serves it seems like I used 4.0-4.2 gr with 185 gr bullets.  However, don't depend on my memory without checking it out the safety of that load for yourself.

Thanks for the info, I had someone else suggest 4.2grs also.

Edit to include I settled on 4.5grs under a Zero 185gr LSWCHP
