I don't know if it made any difference, but when I donated to the NRA, it was to the ILA. Good thing that LaPierre resigned. I hope the organization can recover.

For the price of a membership, you can not get better insurance that it provides, My gun club requires a NRA membership because of the insurance.

i am not an NRA Life member but have been a member for over 40 years.  Would of been money ahead to of went life but never felt good about the NRA. I have since let my membership expire and am spending my money elsewhere in the fight of our 2nd Amendment rights. My major beef with the NRA is how they have lost their way in support of the shooting sports.

Hey, maybe that $7M award will be funnelled directly to shooting sports, with bullseye getting the lion's share of it.

Though Wayne's purported misconduct was reprehensible, let's not forget the goal of this case was to dismantle / destroy the NRA.  And if successful there are no comparable organizations to take up the mantle.

NRA= Not Relevant Anymore. 
They stopped when they became a lobby arm of gun manufacturers. Stick to gun safety, shooting sports, stuff that actually benefits gun owners not corporations. Shooting ranges, programs to teach hunter safety, not K street issues that only benefit the boardrooms and billionaires. (I’m probably in trouble for this)
