Pistol Box?

Is there any such thing as a pistol box any more?  Perhaps some simple plans for converting a heavy duty pelican vault type case to have a tripod ball head on it ?

Find a club with a long time bullseye league and match history and you typically can find the equipment available.

Canatek https://canatekgunworks.com/products/classic-design-bullseye-gun-box makes a nice, if pricey box. I just got one, and I like it very much.

I have been a musician and a music teacher for about 40 years (Diploma Interlochen Arts Academy, BM Ithaca College) I have a Couple of spare viola cases sitting around ……… .-)


(Really bad idea on several levels but it would be nice and roomy!)

There was a guy at Perry for quite a few years that used a guitar case. He had it painted red, white, and blue.  It was goofy but he was noticed for sure.
