Hi,
I'm working in Morocco now.
I explored every legal way to import a training air pistol before my arrival, no one over there ever replied and the Weihrauch HW75 air pistol I declared at the border was seized. (I could get it back and bring it back to France a couple months later though).
I came to understand the problem is more about the pistol's looks than its lethality.
I am therefore looking for a funny-looking clown gun that would still allow me to train here and retain some of my knowledge and skills before I can legally break my contract and move out in a few months.
My focus is on the trigger action, I'd like it nice and crisp. Doug Hall style ( Training pistol, clown style 2764 ).
I've been looking into this https://www.smartfirearms.us/product-page/sf-30-laser-pro-training-gun
and that https://nextleveltraining.com/product/115/ .
As I am about to place an order, I realized some of you may know about something more fitting to a bullseye shooter: would you have anything else to suggest?
Please keep in mind airsoft is illegal here.
Thank you,

Jambat

How about looking into aisoft pistols gas operated with reciprocating slide? Not sure if those are legal there.

I would be more inclined to go with something like this for dry fire. https://www.leonetang.com/products/m1911-wooden-rubber-band-gun-model-kit-wood-replica-kit-gun?srsltid=AfmBOoqUmJAkrYDgGWbBFOQORfONsrFb7hhjxE21pSY5FBW7j_IO98bXYou could strap on a wrist for dry fire. Even if the trigger doesn't slide, you might be able to modify it or just pull on a trigger straight to the rear to the rear. The Glock type training pistols make you want to look at the projected dot and the trigger, as well as, the feel of the grip don't come close enough to a 1911.
