I'd check a manual to see if it's one of the V-V powders.

National Center for Forensic Science Smokeless Powders Database
Hard to do a reverse image search on that, I suppose, but if you have some rough guesses, you can compare with data for known powders.
That site is one of the coolest things on all of the Internets

Yeah Jim I just opened a thing of N-320 and I agree with others it looks like N-320.

What is the charge weight? Is that the "3.3" in the original post? If so, N320 is a good guess.
