Pardini SP mount for Ransom Rest

At Camp Perry I met the folks from Precision Target Pistol Grips.  Very impressive the work they do in setting up CAD for 3-D printing!  

I ordered an exact copy of a stippled 1911 grip for my Pardini SP-22.  I added wood fibers to this grip which gives it a rough texture which feels like wood.

When I asked about a mount/insert for using my Pardini in a Ransom Rest they responded that they could do that.  So I ordered and in about six weeks will have new and improved shooting toys!

Mr. David Sams has  a mount system he sells for the Ransom Rest.

Ransom sells a pardini insert as well. I don't have one it is around $120.

We just worked with ransom to redesign their old insert after we did a few modifications to it. It works like a charm with our ransom rest. 

I do not know if they already started production of it, but I assume in the coming weeks it will be available for everyone.

Alex, after talking with you, I called the folks at Ransom.  I have the earlier style Pardini inserts, and as you know the original adaptor (from the previous owner of Ransom) doesn't work.

They are sending one of the new, corrected ones for free!

Here's hoping Alex, Emil and the rest of the Pardini USA family make it through hurricane Irma safely.
