TiteGroup and loads

I am trying to work up some loads and I am wondering if anyone is using this powder

I do with Zero 185gr JHP and xtreme plated 200gr SWC. With lead bullets accuracy is good, but too smokey.
I also use TG with 9mm jacketed bullets.

Ok I use 185 JHP for 25 yards
I use a 10 lbs recoil spring
I started at 4.0 -4.2-4.4-4.6-4.8 all hit the bullseye and the 5 shot group at 4.4 I could put a 50 cent piece over. I went back today and shot a 93 times fire so I think I nailed it. Now 50 yards not one hit the bulleye. From my rest they were all over the place. How could that group open up that much. So I just loaded 4.7-4.8-4.9 maybe that will group better

Zero 185gr JHP with 4.5gr TG shoots less than 2" at 50yrd from CZ97B.
4.2gr TG is good for 25yrd with the same bullet and 185gr or 200gr lead bullets.

Wonder why mine didn’t?? Got to rethink this

Other variables? Brass, crimp, barrel?

All Bullets weighed to + or - 1 grain

I meant other variables can play a role in different performance.
My barrel on CZ97B is very different from your as well.

What pisses me off is I can shoot 80-84 with off the shelf ammo and I am expecting to be solidly in the 90’s once I figure this out

I am recent reloader myself and have had the same expectations when found out that factory ammo is not up to task and custom match ammo is out of my budget. First reloading experience was disappointing until I learned the process and started making very consistent ammo. First for 9mm and now for 45ACP

Your pistol may simply not like Titegroup

If you go from mid 90's at 25 to won't hold the paper at 50 it's gun problems not ammo...

Or, your rest setup is incredibly bad. Resting on slide maybe?

For 9mm, with Sierra 115 fmj, 4.8gr of Titegroup.

Do the fired cases show any signs of excessive pressure?  That is the maximum load in the Hodgdon data.

No they are all on paper just not in the black. 
I went back today and I have a time box and shot multiple 95’s time fire and several 90’s rapid fire. I have been shooting bulleye since 1988 so my technique is ok. My sugar got out of hand so I stopped but now it’s undercontrol so for the last 6 months I have been practicing 3-4 days a week. 

Now today I shot 4.7 grains and shot a few 80’s but I had to go up 5 clicks. I don’t like that. I am used to a 6 o’clock hold at 25 and center mast at 50

Isn't 5 about standard?..

With Hornady and Precision Delta 115gr FMJ best accuracy from my CZ75s is with 4.2-4.3 gr TG (~1100fps)

There was a “Pet Loads” article in Handloader magazine about a year ago.  Titegroup was one of the powders tested and the author of the piece found 4.5 gr Titegroup gave the best accuracy with 200 grain lead bullets.

4.8 TG was my top EIC SF load with 230 FMJ

No. This was suggested by an AMU armorer a few years ago when the FMJ was required for EIC.

30 shots with a Avg of 701

50 yard line load 

4.9 TiteGroup OAL 1.200-1.205

30shots with a Avg of 791
