Hämmerli 215 windage pin

I was adjusting the windage and the entire screw came loose. Upon closer examination there appears to be at least a pin missing on the right side of the "T". Maybe a spring too. I defer to those better informed…. If there are in fact parts missing any clues for sources/substitutions?

I did that. The pin and spring seem unobtainable. Tried all the usual sources. Red Feather, Numrich, Interarms. Was hoping someone had something squirelled away or had a substitution.
