I wear glasses for driving and distance only.
When I wear my glasses at the range , front sight is somewhat fuzzy but I can see the target well. When I wear my regular (5.11 tactical ) shooting glasses , front sight is shart but target is more fuzzy.

I had to make choice . So I shoot with my regular shootig glasses. I rather get clarity on my front sight , rather than the target.

Do I have any other options?

The only way to see both clearly is with an iris. Not recommended as it's not necessary to see the target clearly.

I see . Thank You.    In my situation , is center hold pretty much out of the question?

Really a personal preference and something to experiment with. I tried it and didn't like it as I found my attention bouncing back and forth from front site to target. For me, it's easier to maintain focus on the front site with a sub-six hold.

It's one of those questions where, if you ask 10 shooters, you'll get 10 answers.

Read through this thread for some good info. https://www.bullseyeforum.net/t10171-center-hold-and-six-oclock-hold

I went online at USAglasses.com and ordered a pair of glasses with +.50 added to my already negative prescription that I got at my eye doc. Not, the target is a tad fuzzy,, but the front sight is sharp again. I use regular glasses when shooting red dots and the revised prescription when shooting irons.

Are the shooting glasses prescription glasses?
Are the shooting glasses made with polycarbonate lenses?

Determining Rx numbers is the easy part for me.

Getting the Rx in a safety glass configuration is the problem
