Anyone have a TOZ-35M?
I've seen them before and got to looking at them some on GB. There are tons of new ones for $500 new on there. Being LH I would have to get a Rink grip which adds $300 but I'm not so sure I would have the carving skills to finish the supplied block grips anyway. Anyone play around with them?

It is by far my favorite pistol to shoot. The toz can be more forgiving than the Morini because of a shorter sight radius. The trigger is great. Most were made with the intention of a gun smith working on them to make the trigger smoother and also lots of grip work to make the grips fit your hand like a glove. Most will shoot with the trigger set from 10-70 grams. After a while you will get to the point where you can rest your finger on the trigger so it will not go off.
Mine will shoot 3/8" at 50 yds with ammo I purchased a case of for shooting 22 at 50yds.
They are fun to shoot and can be frustrating at times. They are a very crude looking gun when you take it apart. It looks like most of the parts were fit by hand to the specific pistol you are holding.
Take an air pistol target and move it to 50 ft and you have a free pistol target to get an idea how hard they are to shoot. The error you have is smaller then AP.

I brought one from Classic Firearms awhile back and it was basically new old stock. I did order a Rink grip for it and they are worth the money. The Rink grips are very adjustable with just an Allen wrench. I changed the forend on mine also. I bought the gun for fun, but I have found that I really enjoy shooting it. The trigger is adjustable and I have mine set very lite. The only issue is the very long reach for the trigger with my short fat finger.....

I have the Toz-35 and wouldn’t trade it for the world. Holds 0.4 all day long. Mine is special;)
Was 1980 Olympics pistol until the boycott;(
I always shot it better than the other FP’s

I have one. I don’t remember if it’s an M or not but I have one and love it. Pretty cool gun for the money.

What's crazy is the quantity that are still for sale. The one vendor I'm looking at on GB has them for $495 and supposedly has 134 of them, they are advertised as factory new.

is that Canadian $$?
we had one that was in a retired Bullseye guy's collection,
he did not have much to say about it , (he did like his Unique's)
shot it in the shop one night at a stack of phone books , thought it was neater than neat
later sold it for a bit more than we both expected,
not sure of the vintage, but the guy was picked for the 1980 Olympic team,, and sad he did not get to shoot
