Springfield Armory
So,
I picked up a like new XDM 5.25 Competition model 9x19mm with a nice aftermarket trigger kit in it and a match barrel from factory.
What are some tips to get the accuracy better than factory?
Ammunition choices, I don't want to reload for this caliber just yet.

Atlanta arms 115 gr jhp are the most accurate ammo you can buy. Getting a kkm barrel would help, or sending your current barrel to get welded up. I personally think that a mounted red dot does help slightly with repeatable accuracy also if you really want to spend money.

You will probably need heavier weight 9mm to get best groups from factory twist barrel. 124 to 147 grain.

Some of the older xdm 9mm came with a 1:16 twist , i believe all the new ones are 1:10.CR10X wrote:You will probably need heavier weight 9mm to get best groups from factory twist barrel. 124 to 147 grain.
