Re: Precision delta bullets
I have a little experience with them. They seem high quality, and some USPSA shooters really like them.
Another brand of inexpensive bullet to consider is RMR. Their in-house made jacketed bullets, especially their FMJ FP 'Match Winner' bullets might be living up to their name. I've had very nice results with their 124 FMJ FP bullet.

FYI, here is an article on accurate 38 Super handloads:

I have used them and they are quite nice, accurate and consistent bullets. You really need to buy in lots of 2,000 to get a decent price. I use their 124 gr HP’s or X-Treme 124 gr HP’s and am very happy with both. My one club has a small indoor range that we open in the winter and you must shoot lead or plated there.

I have not used those bullets but my experience with other bullets from them is top notch.

I prefer .356-.357" for jacketed bullets in my 9mm guns, but PD makes excellent bullets.
You can also check out Zero bullets at Powder Valley for excellent + jacketed bullets.

Zero Bullets are also available from Roze Distribution @ probably a tad more $$$. Powder Valley charges a tad more, I believe, but probably has better stocking & quantities available.

Re: Precision delta bullets
I just wanted to put in a good word for these bullets, I have been doing 200-yard Ransom rest testing with my czp09. Hornady 115 grain xtp with 6.0 gr of per pistol have been my most accurate combo. I have tested nosler, Sierra, Remington, montana gold, speer, and six different lead bullets from penn and magnus. The 115 gr xtp will shoot a 20 round 8.5 inch group, with a 10 round group about 7 inches. Precision Delta 115 gr jhp shot just as well, I even had a 10-round group that was 5 and 1/2 in. Very impressed with them.

I'VE RANSOM REST TESTED BOTH OF THE ZERO BULLETS. THE 115GR JHP AND 124GR JHP WITH SEVERAL DIFFERENT PROVEN LOADS. IN MANY MATCH 9MM'S. THE GUNS INCLUDED ROCK RIVERS, SAMS & KIDD GUNS, 1911'S AND BERETTA'S. THE BEST I WAS ABLE TO GET WAS 2 -2.5 INCHES AT 50YDS. JP
