Remember that these videos are optimized for shooting 22's and 32's at 25m. There is certainly valid information, but I think that one must be careful before assuming that these positions and grips are appropriate for a particular person in shooting bullseye. 

The videos and articles by Keith Sanderson on the USAR web page and the videos of Brian Zins address some of these issues.

When Ruig25 originally uploaded the videos there were English subtitles. Not sure when that got dropped by Youtube.

They Appear to be in English, creative listening required though.
