208 TRIGGER RESET
I HAVE A 208. IT'S TRIGGER RESET IS SLOW AND WEAK. IS THERE A WAY TO MAKE THE TRIGGER RESET IN A QUICK AND FIRM MANNER? TIA JP

I would check to see if it is due to the trigger bar or trigger. From there direct corrective action.
1. Remove slide - check trigger
2. Remove spring and bar - check trigger
If the bar is dragging, look for wear marks that might need work. Also, remember, there needs to be some lubrication between the bar and frame. Larry recommended moly under the bar and the trigger mount hole, as well as the contact point of the sear arm.
If the trigger is still binding without the bar in place, you may need to drift the pivot pin out and see what's going on in the trigger well of the frame. While out also check that the pin freely moves within the trigger assembly.
