Ordering Rink grips
I am sure this question has been asked before but I couldn't find what I was looking for in the search.
I have a set of Medium Rink grips that I think are just a little small for my hands ( palm shelf has to be adjusted down below the grips leaving a large gap) so I am going to order a set of large grips. Everything else about the grip feels good so I want to make sure I get the new grips with the same features. The grips I have no are labeled MRBO, I know what the MR and O are but what is the B??

Re: Ordering Rink grips
I believe the B is "Bullseye" as they have an upswept palm which is not allowed in other disciplines.

Re: Ordering Rink grips
Are you sure the B is not an F? I have several Rink grips, and the 3rd letter on all represents either flat or convex (F or C). With age, sometimes difficult to tell. Perhaps you might send Thomas Rink an email, he is very good at prompt response.
Aprilian’s suggestion re; Upswept palm makes some sense, although the ones I tried with them didn’t have a B.
Do your current grips have the upswept palm? I have tried them, personally didn’t like them, and they cost more.
Might I ask what gun your current ones are on? (i use medium size:))

I did send Rink a email this morning so I will see what he days. I bought these grips used so I have no idea if they came with the upswept palm shelf but I am thinking they didnt since they have the regular palm shelf on them.gregbenner wrote:Are you sure the B is not an F? You should take a look at Thomas Rink's excellent website first:-

The lateral grip angle of the 0° version of our grips is calculated so that the shooter can reach behind the pistol, with barrel axis and forearm forming a line. | |
0 degree | 7 degree |
lateral turning | |
For right-handed shooters aiming with the left eye, or for shooters who have steady a left angled front sight, all grips are also available in a version turned 7° around the grip axis towards the trigger finger. This turning is also beneficial for shooters with short fingers. |

Sorry maybe I am dense but your post didn't help unless the B stands for Barrel axis?radjag wrote:You should take a look at Thomas Rink's excellent website first:-
