AA#7 loads with 147 gn bullets
Was wondering if anyone had experience with AA#7 with 147 JHP or FMJ bullets? I've got a bunch of #7, #5 and Silhouette and 147s that I'm experimenting with. Anyone who's had luck with these powders?
Thanks...
Thanks...

I've shot a little A#7 through a Kart barrel. 6.0 grains has produced nice groups with a 147 grain Remington FMJ. I'm not sure the Remington bullets are available as a component very often. I haven't tried the other powders.

Thanks...I've just loaded up some 147 JHP Zeros with AA#7 at 6.3 and 6.6 gn. Was using the Speer guide. Will see how it goes.
Will try your recipe with some zero FMJs. I have a Kart barrel as well. Using open sights right now but I'll put a red dot on the slide in a few weeks to get a better idea.
Will let you know how it goes.....mahalo!
