Consistent COL with .32 ACP
Using the Hornady JHP. My powder drop and my crimp are very consistent but my COL is +- 0.005. Using a Dillon 550. Appropriate expanding die from PhotoEscape set so that about 1/3 of the seated area is in the case before seating. crimping separate, 0.330

I don't think +or- .005 is anything to worry about. However, since you are pre-seating about 1/3 of the bullet with your fingers, you can probably use a flat wadcutter seating punch to push the bullet to full depth; it is already fully aligned. That may give a more consistent seating depth, but I don't really think you need to improve what you are getting now.
