H1 Shue Shade popped off...
Can someone recommend a fix? I've seen people say Loctite for press fit applications. Can someone recommend a product number?
Thanks in advance.

LocTite 620 Retaining Compound.
It is for bearing retaining and press fit repair.
What you are needing it for is what it was made for.

+1 or any Retaining Compound like 609, 680, etc. 271 and other threadlockers would not be as good.

I don't know what Loctite compound Jon uses, but after he installs the shades on my scopes, he tells me to wait several DAYS before using the scope. Otherwise, they will come off. If you want to know what Jon uses, you can contact him via Facebook.

That was plan B. I figured someone here would know! I'll use the 620, and let it cure for a couple days.

620 doesn't need days, but extra time doesn't hurt. Clean the parts thoroughly with good quality acetone first.

When I got my shades from Jon, I'm pretty sure 680 is what he told me to use. No issues. I have Totts shades on my .45 but for my Pardini, the Shue shades will let me remove the rear shade to adjust 1st stage trigger weight.
