What is a profile & factory crimp

I know what a roll crimp and taper crimp is but what is a profile crimp? Lee sells factory crimp dies. What are these other two?

PROFILE CRIMP IS A TAPER CRIMP WITH A SLIGHT ROLL ON TOP. JP

Factory crimp looks a little like it was done with a pair of crimping pliers. In the right place with the correct pressure of course. Factory crimp is the only thing that works in my 400 Corbon.

Profile crimp is a Redding product.

Profile crimp dies are not for cartridges that headspace on the case mouth eg. 9mm, 45ACP, 40S&W, 10mm.
