View posts since last visit not working

Can no longer see posts since last visit.  When I click ‘View posts since last visit’, the page says ‘No topics or posts met your search criteria’ and it shows the date and time of my last visit is the same as the current date and time, which is not correct.  I have deleted the bullseye forum cookie and started over but it still is not working.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.

It's back!

Been looking into it and it is not directly related to our site, as far as someone here pushing the wrong button.  I have also checked with our hosting service and there are no other reports that I have seen of similar issues the past few days.  Also, it is not a cookie reset issue as we have had in the past.

I had the same issue as others, but “view posts since last visit” was working for me this morning, as it pulled up this thread and other new posts.  I see other folks seem to be getting functionality back as well.

Gonna chalk it up to a glitch in the matrix unless we have continuing issues.

Just exited out of the site and came back and now it is working.

Working for me now. My guess would be application-level caching issues, like Will said.

One quick thing to try is to do a "shift-refresh", i.e. hold the shift key and click the refresh menu item. This clears your browser's cache for the page, and reloads. Shift also works when clicking a bookmark, or going to the page from the address bar, for most browsers.

Another thing to check is to log back in. I was thrown off site 3 times Yesterday and once today. If for some reason it doesn't recognize you it will not display missed posts. Having to log back in is not normal for me. I figured it was James getting even for my "hair" post.
