9mm recipe for 1 in 32 twist?
Anyone have a 9mm recipe for 124gr JHP using a 1 in 32 twist? I’ve got a lot of BE in stock and would prefer to use that instead of seeking another powder at this time due to market conditions. Thanks. Jerry

9mm loads
Here is a load test I got from Dave Salyer.
Not exactly what you are looking for, but it may give you an idea on the velocity you need

If twist rate is your worry, then you need to find the bullet weight that works with that barrel.
I have only seen 1:9 and 1:16 twist rates, with the latter being a bit better with 147gn bullet than the slower twist, but not enough to make a big difference.
What gun has 1:36? Did you mean 1:16?

1:32 is the twist of the KKM barrels. They are fantastic for 9mm.

Try 115 Grain Hornady XTP with 4.8-5.0 of VV330 Powder or VV340. Shoots great with the 1:32 twist KKM barrels. Do not shoot 147 grain in a KKM 1:32 twist, you will have problems. The KKM 1:32 is only for the 115 grain bullet.
