Where are the frames and slides for S/A Range Officer models made these days? I know in the past certain Springfield 1911 frames were made overseas, Brazil, I think.

I believe that they are now made in the USA, Illinois.

I was looking into this recently. I don't remember what forum I found it on, but a Springfield employee said that since a few years ago they were all being made in USA.
