New fee reporting form from NRA
In reply to my questions about 2020 Sectional Team Fees, I received this new 2020 form from Beth Martin today!
Sectional and Regional team fees are still $5.

Additional instructions for 2020 Sectionals
I seem to have better luck if I ask Beth one question at a time!
After asking about team fees, I asked if a Club can run more than one Sectional (of a kind) in the same year (as this was another "new" thing in 2019, along with the "problematic" policy of letting competitors fire more than one...)
For anyone left with any doubt, in 2020 competitors will NOT be allowed to fire more than one Sectional (of a kind).
Also, Clubs will NOT be allowed to run more than one Sectional (of a kind.)
The direct quote from Beth is, "we are putting everything back to previous program standards (with the exception of award points use)."
So, until we get a 2020 NRA Match Bulletin, I have posted the 2018 version for reference at http://www.njpistol.net/signup/forms/2018%20Precision%20Sectional%20Program.pdf

Re: New fee reporting form from NRA
There IS a 2020 Sectional Bulletin after all - it is even posted ONLINE!
https://competitions.nra.org/media/8268/2020-open-indoor-championships-precision-pistol-program.pdf
(...carefully hidden... navigate from https://competitions.nra.org/
Select "competitions" in the horizontal menu under the photos,
find "NRA National Matches", scroll down to Sectionals for links like the above!)
PS-Before anyone gets too excited, no there is not an OUTDOOR Championships bulletin link yet...though there IS a "2020 Calendar" link when you click on the Camp Atterbury Pistol title. See https://competitions.nra.org/media/8265/july-2020-calendar.pdf

Re: New fee reporting form from NRA
ONE MORE UPDATE from today:
I got an email from one of my competitors from last year (who shot multiple times) that he'd received a "certificate" from NRA for a "free entry" for this year!
Well, I was initially a little concerned...good for the shooter, who had entered (multiple times) in good faith, but how would this work for 2020 accounting (as his 2019 entry fees were all divided among LAST year's accounting for 2019 club "cut", shooter awards, target expenses - only the "extra" $8 went to NRA, not the entire 2019 entry!) I emailed back to ask if there were any details with the certificate, and got a picture of the enclosed letter (see attached...if I can figure out how to attach...).
Match Directors will evidently be able to attach any such certificates to our fee reporting form, and deduct THE SHOOTER'S FULL ENTRY FEE for 2020!
(...no mention of this in our 2020 match packets...)

Gentlemen, that letter is only good for the $8 NRA fee. A shooter must still pay the range fees for the match.
If the range is charging $30, then the shooter must pay $22 and hand over the letter.

Re: New fee reporting form from NRA
If you read the attached letter of directions to Match Directors (the image file I uploaded), it specifically says "Subtract the total of the NRA fee and competitor entry fee..." If you think that is ambiguous in any way, I can try to contact Beth (?!)
Re: New fee reporting form from NRA
I asked for "clarification" regarding the "free entry" - I got some conflicting replies, the final one from Aaron Farmer (who signed the MD instructions on the back of the certificate - see above, so I copied him) said, " Mary, You are correct. It will be the NRA fee and what every you charge all of your competitors to shoot. That total will be subtracted from the total on the form. Just please send in the certificate as well if you would.
Thanks,
Aaron "
I take that to mean, as originally interpreted, I DO subtract the full individual entry fee (not just $8!) - that's what I am going to do -( I guess if someone complains I'll hear about it when they get my scores, in which case I'll let you know!)
ALSO, I just emailed to ask about PINS - Beth says, " The pins will be in route as soon as humanly possible. Please let me know how many you need."
(Obviously I won't get any by this weekend...and yes, I HAD previously told her how many I would need in one of those emails that got no reply...)
Regarding score reporting, I have posted scanned copies of the "blue cards" both for individuals and teams (if any of you have run out) See links at http://www.njpistol.net/signup/match_guide.htm
Specifically - http://www.njpistol.net/signup/forms/Sectional_score_report_individuals.pdf
http://www.njpistol.net/signup/forms/Open_Sectional_TEAM.pdf (which looks sort of ugly) http://www.njpistol.net/signup/forms/Sectional_Team.pdf
(and my .XLSX version is http://www.njpistol.net/signup/forms/Sectional_team_reportingcard_blank.xlsx )
