California Proposition 63 Injunction Empty California Proposition 63 Injunction

Greetings all,

Yesterday, Judge Roger T. Benitez issued an injunction striking down California's Proposition 63.  While this most probably will be just a temporary happening, like when he struck down our magazine ban law, Californians are now able to buy ammunition online and have it shipped directly to them (like the good old days).

Able's has cases of Eley rimfire in stock.  They are a little pricey but they also have spent thousands in the fight of this draconian law.

Load up.  Stay well.

I'm thinking that this will last longer than the magazine injunction did due to the problems it exposed.

True, Joel.

While the rest of the nation gives this a collective yawn.  We see Judge Benitez as....

It will be interesting to see how fast the injunction gets appealed (no telling how many gang bangers are mail ordering pallets of ammo as we speak).  Unfortunately because of the shelter in place orders all the local ranges are closed so I have plenty of ammo and no place to shoot.

Yes they did, Bmitch996.

Now it's just a matter of seeing how many vendors will honor the orders that they did received.  Each vendor has their own standard that they follow.

Actually the rest of the country's shooters are pulling for you all and more new judges on the 9th.

Thanks.  Too true regarding the Ninth.

California's woes today, will be the nation's tomorrow.

Stay well all.
