.32 acp brass
I’ve seen and not been able to find with search that some are using Remington.32 acp brass. If I recall it was due to the brass thickness and it being more uniform the whole case length as opposed to starline etc.
Can someone give me the benefits of the Remington brass for .32 acp. Like I mentioned, I can’t seem to locate anything with the search function
Thank you all in advance

Re: .32 acp brass
Greetings,
I prefer Remington as it is very uniform in case wall thickness. At least the lots I have.
Also, the wall thickness is 0.010" and makes loading 0.314" bullet a better fit.
Using a tube micrometer, you will find that the various brands vary considerably.
Cheers,
Dave

Thanks a bunch Dave. That was the info I was looking for. I have a good batch of starline for the JHP bullets but figured the Remington would work better for the fatter cast/swaged bulletsfc60 wrote:Greetings,

Greetings,
You will find that StarLine measure 0.011" and with 0.312" bullets fit well.

Dave

That is really good news. Found a good size batch of Remington brass so snatched it up. All new. Will use it for lead short line loads. Easier to sort that way too
