$31 / 1000 - limit 5000 of one type. Yeah you get abused by tax/hazmat/shipping but what's new.

Look at CAC associates in PA, I bought from them last year and they had a deal with UPS of $15 per package for hazmat. Email them a want list and they will email a itemized price list back usually within the hour during business hours. I have ordered from them several times.
