once fired .45 brass
I thought I had a source of clean, once fired Federal .45 brass from a local P.D. Seems they switched to 9mm a year or so ago. (Volume instead of effectiveness I guess).
Can anyone recommend a source for once fired brass? Any info much appreciated.
Best regards,
Howard

Re: once fired .45 brass
Be careful, most fired brass companies only offer 45 in mixed primer sizes. This outfit has them all three ways. I’ve used them for 223 brass and they were good.

Have dealt w/ Jeff Bartlett before, he is a great source for surplus ammo supplies. His store currently has once-fired .45 Auto brass (WCC, non-crimped primers), see http://www.gibrass.com/brass.html for details.

brass
Thanks for the replies.
I found a source in Las Vegas (on gun broker) and was able to 250 Rem and 250 Win once fired, large primer, at a reasonable price and combined shipping.
Thanks again.
Best regards,
Howard

$175/1000 plus shipping...seriously? I can buy 1K brand new Starline 45acp for less than that (shipped).
