Walther cp2 cylinder Empty Walther cp2 cylinder

I have been having refilling issues with the two cylinders on my walther cp2. There was a problem bleeding the pressure from the cylinder when removing from larger tank. Now have a problem just filling the cylinders Dose anyone know of a company that repairs cp2 cylinders? Would appreciate comments.
