One-V red dot Empty One-V red dot

Got a one-v red dot on a trade, was told it was for European market back when the only red dots were basically aimpoint and just a couple of others. Instead of a 11 position knob it has a rehostat that goes down to a very fine dot and up to a large bright red dot. Dot is very round and it takes the common 2032 battery, tube is one inch. I've looked for another one but no luck so far. Anyone know something about them, do they take recoil well, I have it on a 22 now. Thanks
