Bullseye Starting to Show Up Again

Bought two pounds of Bullseye powder at a local gun store today, 4/30/13. They got in one case, and limited buyers to three pounds each. Now if CCI SV .22 ammo would only start to appear...

Curious to the price per pound they are getting now ?
I just bought two pounds from a guy that had some extra for $25 a pound.
Thought it was a fair price cause I can load just about 2500 rounds of .38 for my model 52's per pound.

I paid $19.95 per pound plus 5% VA sales tax, or $41.90 total.
