I have chance to buy in Italy SPEER Lead .452" 200gr SWC bullets as the domestic are not really accurate, Any information if are accurate for bullseyes competition.?

They will work just fine.  I've used them.

They are swaged, so I wouldn't use data for hard cast bullets with these. I tried them many years ago and I wasn't impressed with them. I don't remember if it was because of the price, compared to other swaged bullets on the market, because they weren't accurate or both.

They shot under 2" groups at 50 yards in my guns. They have to be loaded with cases that are unresized or expanded with a larger plug to avoid swaging during the seating operation. 

Many didn't do that and had poor results. Also I found softer bullets needed slightly more powder for the sane velocity.

Get some.
