rifle stock for handgun testing
Hello all, What I would like to do is make up a very crude wood rifle stock and incorporate a Ransom rest mount. I plan to use a high powered scope that would be integral to the grip. This would be for testing loads. Is this something that would fall under BATF rules? If someone has done this, was it successful?
Thank you,
Charlie

Sounds dangerously close to what ATF would call a "short barreled rifle".

The way things are today I wouldn't advise putting anything like that on your pistol unless you are all alone in a cave. With one entrance and exit.
