Old Geezer Here
Almost 77 years old and have been a moderate shooter on and off since I was 12. Recently joined our local field and stream club and hope to become more proficient with my assortment of various rifles and pistols.
I am particularly interested in Bullseye 22 rimfire and would love to hear more about it - websites, brochures, etc. Any tips on where to learn more are appreciated. Many thanks.

Then move here (a bit self-serving, but what the heck):

Use this as a training guide:

And read everything in the Fundamentals section of the forum.
Welcome to the sport and good luck on your journey.

Welcome to the sport of bullseye. One of the best ways to learn is by attending a match. Many places will have some smaller league type events where you can learn the basics of how our sport works without the pressure and time commitment of a full 2700 tournament. From there you can practice and train and further pursue the sport. If you post your general location, members from that area will point you in the right direction.
Good luck.
John

Welcome ! I too am a new (to bullseye) shooter and have found it to be very addictive. I found a local club that shoots every Weds evening. Good group of guys that haven't got tired of my questions (yet). What a fun , challenging discipline ! There is a ton of information right here on the forum and questions are gladly answered. Don't beat yourself up too bad when you don't do well , cause it's not as easy as it looks. Most important to HAVE FUN and make new friends.
