FA wet tumbler sale Empty FA wet tumbler sale

Post by Russ OR 9/6/2021, 1:19 pm

A pretty good deal I think:
Amazon.com: Frankford Arsenal Platinum Series Rotary Tumbler for Cleaning and Polishing Brass for Reloading : Industrial & Scientific

I SS pin wet tumble outside (gravel parking strip beside driveway) with hose & buckets. I have 2 of these FA tumblers & do 2 batches at once.
I like the FA Wet Tumbler because both ends open for hosing out brass/pins into a bucket.

PINs? - The STM SS pins seem to be more consistent in size w/ fewer stuck in primer pockets
2¢ - YMMV            -- Russ

The Fart works great and that’s a good price.

Those are pins only, guess we could get you a 5 gallon bucket to roll around manually  Smile.  Good luck not buying stuff from China, your selection will be cut by about 75%.

I worked in contracting for years.    Can’t tell you how much fraud there is out there relabeling products as made in the USA at a substantial markup.   Unless you actually see the extruder cranking out the pins into a bin, and then Americans bagging them up, Trust nothing,  if you see that? Good,   then ask them where they get their steel.

Cool! They are actually cheaper than the STM SS pins and I use them myself….sometimes I just tend to trust people unless it proves otherwise. Then I take my business and money elsewhere. Pretty simple….make your own decisions as it’s still a free country…I think.

If they are cheaper, then they pretty much have to be made in China.  :-)

Ok, I give……you win. They sure clean well and don’t get stuck in primer pockets.

Glad they work for you.  Did some research and found some steel pins made in Germany.  Twenty bucks a pound.  Not sure verifying sources in the global supply chain is the hill I want to die on.
I’m just glad that there seem to be so many bullet makers in the US.   More then there were ten years ago I suspect.
