4.5 inch barrel for high standard Victor? Empty 4.5 inch barrel for high standard Victor?

Does anyone have any thoughts or opinions on the 4.5 in barrel for a high standard Victor?  I shoot a Victor with the usual 5.5 in barrel (no barrel weight) and an ultra dot, but feel it may be a little better balanced with a shorter barrel.  

Thoughts?

I have 4” heavy barreled 107 that I really like the balance and feel of. Shoots on call.

I have not shot one but Bob Chow used to do custom short barrels for High Standards.
