Staking Windage Retaining Nut on Bomar Blade Empty Staking Windage Retaining Nut on Bomar Blade

Post by Johnnie.Bair 11/28/2021, 8:01 pm

I replaced a damage Bomar Rear Blade but need some advise on staking the windage screw/retaining nut. It seems that the retaining nut must be located correctly to allow for full left and right windage and proper tension on the windage screw. I am assuming it is best to have the retain nut flush with the windage screw and a center punch should be used on the windage screw to secure the retaining nut?

Thanks for any advise.
