Holosun HS 403B or 403R
I am thinking about picking up a new red dot scope for my back up 22. Does anyone have any experience with the Holosun HS403B or HS403R. I would like to hear some comments from bullseye shooters before I buy.

I am using 503 model and liking it more than Aimpoint. Clearer lenses, to my eyes a better formed brighter reticle, definitely better level adjustments. Loving the buttons vs dial. Mine has screw in battery, not a tray, but Iprefer it this way for faster change. Not missing Aimpoint at all. In my experience Romeo 5 just as good, but more angular design with better warranty. From what I gather the Holosun makes these optics for Sig.

Like them.
I like them.
I now have Holosun HS403Bs or Sig Romeo 5s (same mfr?) on my 22s and target revolvers. Sharp, bright 2 MOA dots. No problems w/ them so far.. -- Our club pistol director put one (Romeo5) on his wad gun slide & it failed-Sig replaced it. - The 1 screw mount is why I never even tried one on the 45 slide.
Battery on my Holosun slides in under the sight body making the sight narrower than the Romeo 5. -- The Romeo 5 battery installs easier(?) on the side-similar to U'dot = a little wider sight than the Holosun.
Somewhere on the I'net there's a Sig Romeo 5 torture test - worth finding & viewing. Russ

Do they have dot sizes larger than 2moa, like 6?

Dot size
I think these are only 2 MOA dot. - I've seen the Romeo 5s for as little as $99 (once-recently @ NW Armory)-often for around $120. -
