Clean Targets!
Shot my first clean slow fire and my first 200 timed fire last Sunday! Was going to send the Marvel away for trigger work but I think I will shoot another match with it before I do that. Using a stock Springfield GI lower and parts that were tweaked by Travis from FCW. Trigger pull is around 3 lbs.
Of course after walking back to the line after the 100, I put my very next shot in the 6 ring
Finished my .22 with an 878! Grand aggregate for the day was 2583. One more good match and I will have my Master card. Next goal is 2600.
Also won the Service Pistol match

Re: Clean Targets!
Heh, I sure do recognize a lot of names on those targets.
If you already are cleaning targets at the long line I would bet 2600 will be but a speed bump on your way to HM.

Wow! Nice shooting sixftunda! Perhaps someday I will be able to do as well. So far, my best three round (90 rounds) score is 599. Dismal!
Re: Clean Targets!
As much as I've shot Bullseye, I've never shot a clean slowfire target in a match (only once in practice). Congratulations!

Congratulations! I shot my one and only clean slow fire at Canton-McKinley, as well. It was the first ten shots of the match with the .22. It sits in a cheap frame on my computer desk. Must be something in the water up there.
