Yes, I can vouch for this company.  For that matter I previously posted here on the forum about positive experience with them.  I placed several orders with them in March and April.

They do have about a dozen complaints on the BBB website, but looks like most of them were resolved.

I saw your post and have been checking the site and saw the $399.99 / 5000 rounds this morning.
If you go to the rim fire ammo page on the site, the first page has the CCI Std Vel at $4.19 /50,
the second page has the $399.99 / 5000 listing (Same as the link in my first post)

Recoil Gun Works has a long list of places that they will not ship to, so check first.

Target Sports USA has (when in stock) 5000 for $425 and free shipping.

Target sports has had a pretty stead supply of cci sv over the past 3-4 weeks. 439/case including shipping. Out right now, but it comes and goes pretty regularly

I've had several Hoosiers reply that they have had good experiences with Recoil Gunworks in Salem, Indiana.
