What To Do? Empty What To Do?

Thinking of getting a back up .45 or converting my .38 wad gun to .45.
Replace slide, barrel and ejector or sell the .38 and buy a new Rock River which would be in my price range?
The .38 Wad gun was built by Larry Luttenegger.

In my experience I think you will be money, time, and aggregation ahead if you just sell the .38 and get a .45 that’s already built.

I agree with John. Frame ramp can be different too, might need recut. If that's the case, you can't go back.

EDIT: Well, you can go back, but it might require some welding or an insert.
