K Frame Main String reduced Power or Standard

I have Wolff Springs reduced power and Standard. 

I plan on using a #14 rebound spring because the #13 has tiny bit of slack. 

S&W M19-3 

SA Pull is about 2 with the Light Spring and #2.5 with the standard spring. With the factory Spring SA was #3.5 DA was over #12. 

I really liked DA with the light spring  , Can the Light spring be tuned to make weight, the strain screw is all the way in.
