How Old Are We?

Out of pure curiosity, what do you suppose is the age of the average competitive NRA Bullseye shooter? Even at 38, bullseye shooting doesn't make me feel like a particularly old beginner, unlike (for example) Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Perhaps I'm mistaken. What do you suppose is typical?

That data tracks what I see locally. I’m in my 30s, and about a third of local competitors are 21-45 years old.
