Low Smoke Powder

I've shooting 45 ACP reloads with bullseye power and I have a trachea that is very sensitive to dust and smoke.  What's a good power that create much less smoke than bullseye?  I do have some Titegroup that I can try, I'm currently shooting 185 gr. coated bullets with 3.8 grains of bullseye.

WST might work as might Vhitavouri N310.

If you are shooting lead projectiles, coated would be a little less smokey, and jacketed would produce the least smoke.

What is your crimp?  Tighten it down to the .463-.465 with Bullseye and you'll find much less smoke and a cleaner pistol as well.

Wear a mask or respirator!

I shot both bullseye and titegroup in my 45's, titegroup is definitely has less smoke. I load the brazos 180 grain heads over 3.8 grains of titegroup. And get some very nice groups.

If you can find any Vectan Ba10 (made by Nobel) give it a try.  It is extremely clean burning with no smoke, no residue and measures like a ball powder.  Loading data is a little tricky to find but worth the hunt.
