Sight set for Range Officer

I'm looking to replace the sights on a Range Officer. 
Would like to go to fiber optic or white three dot.

Need help with the sight cuts, both front and rear so I can order the correct ones.
Also any recommendations on where to buy from.

Rear sight is an LPA cut.  Front sight dovetail is unique to SA, so just spec that pistol to whoever you deal with

Has replacing the front sights to fiber optics, tritium or dot common? I’ve only heard about this recently but usually for non-bullseye shooting.

Fiber optic front sight is permitted in Service Pistol EIC matches.
