Forgot how instructive AP is Empty Forgot how instructive AP is

Since our adult daughter and our granddog have been staying with us I got away from air pistol practice.  "Bonnie" doesn't like the AP report - quiet as it is - likely due to high frequency stuff.

They left today (for a while haha) and I snuck in some AP practice.  Though there is legitimate 10M diagonally in the garage, I prefer to shoot plein air over longer distances.  Today (as before) 60' from the garage to a pellet stop across the driveway.

To me AP is the best way to see the sights during the shot process (dots do other things).  If you can keep the front sight in complete focus, centered in the rear sight, and in the aiming area while making the trigger happy, good things happen.

Nice yard! Outside AP adds the wind factor- challenging.
BTW, I find my (indoor) AP scores are noticeably better, the more tired I am.
Try it for yourself.
