10punkt9 Air Cylinders?

I can buy brand new 190mm cylinders for my Steyr LP-10 from 10punkt9 for about US$100 each, which is a solid half of USA OEM cylinders.

Obviously, I would love to save more than $200 as I need two cylinders, but....

So, here are my questions please:

1. Has anyone ordered from them?
1a. Are you happy with the quality?
2. They are saying 4-6 weeks delivery, as these would be fresh build, so the dates would be BRAND NEW. Correct?
3. They don't give any option to ship to my house, it seems. They say "pickup at our USA location." That's more than a little vague. THEY WILL SHIP TO MY HOUSE FOR EUR 50
3a. Will they ship to me to my house? YES

There are quite a few mentions of them on the TargetTalk Olympic pistol forum.  It's not clear how many people have bought from them, but I didn't see any complaints.  

Another place to get genuine Steyr Cylinders is Krale:

Their cylinders are reasonably recent, but not "made to order".  They are also a bit more expensive than 10punkt9, but a lot less than US prices.  There's also this outfit:

There was mention on TargetTalk that both 10punkt9 & Tec-Hro may get their cylinders from the same outfit, which Tec-Hro identifies as Prelutec.  The catch is that Prelutec apparently only sells within the EU.
