League Access software

I have been tasked with creating a BE league at a new state of the art range( for our area) that I work part time at. I had suggested to the bosses that we use the League Access software based on the descriptions on the website and the price. They gave the approval to purchase it and also attempted to purchase it, however, the website will not allow it. Is this software up and running to the best of anyone's knowledge? If so, how is it liked? This fall would be the inaugural season and not knowing the turnout, it will only be an individual event, no teams, but with the potential for teams if there is a big interest.
