Range Cart

At Camp Perry, I noticed one of the Springfield Pistol shooters (at least he had a red shirt on that looked like a Springfield team shirt) had a red two wheel range cart/stool that was similar to the Creedmoor range cart. I heard him talking about it but I didn't get the opportunity to talk to him and ask where he got it from. Does anyone know who the shooter was or where he got the cart from?

I got one from Wes 3 years ago at canton. Best setup for Perry my option. Had one of marine dock carts before. Prefer the ease of target carry and chair in one place at long walks and moving around at Perry
