Good article.  Wondering now if the latest fad of powder coating your cast bullets would help when shooting indoors?

Um, yeah, PC boolits reduce lead exposure to only the priming compound.

i had my vampire spec a lead test for me last week
was happy to see a reading of 11 ug/dL which is the low end of normal
i was very happy
that means my smelting and casting and remembering to wash my hands in the shop
and making sure other im shooting with and myself at least wipe off our hands with a baby wipe after policing the brass is working mighty fine
and i dont shoot inside so im not worrying about that

Here in New York State, you get a phone call from the Department of Labor if your lead count is above 15.
They ask questions about your work, hobbies, etc. 
Your "protected" personal health issues become very public in this case.

If they called me I would say my hobby is hanging around OSHA and EPA offices.
