Hi-Tek Coated Bullet Toxicity?
I didn't consider the possible toxicity of the Hi-Tek coated bullets until this ...

Is the Hi-Tek coating toxic, either from handling bullets made from it or from fired bullets? If so, is it any worse than lead? The articles referenced above are about powder coating. The Hi-Tek coating is solvent based. Does it use the same base material as powder coating?
